The Sydney Swans will visit us in 2015 to help the PHJAFC coaching team run a series of sessions on the night from 5:30pm across a few age groups. Focus will be on preseason fitness and ball handling. These sessions are also available to new players, so bring a friend and have them experience our club and culture.

We are also running a parent orientation session at the same time as training to bring new parents (and anybody else!) up to speed on the game and how we play it at the Penno Demons.

Training for U9-U17 teams will officially commence at the beginning of March. Times and days will vary depending on coach and ground availability and will be advised at a later date.
