PHJAFC – Presentation Day & Scoreboard Opening Ceremony

Presentation Day will be split between two venues this year due to the desire to officially open the scoreboard during presentation day and the need to do the alliance teams at the same time and location with our alliance partners, Hornsby and Westbrook.

We will therefore proceed with the following:
1) Arrive 9:00am for 9:30 start to 11:30 finish – Ern Holmes Oval
- Auskick (inc u8)
- Junior (u9 to U12, not inc U12YG
- Scoreboard opening ceremony
- Non-alliance Youth (u13, u14, u17))
- Club awards

Note for Ern Holmes in morning:
- All parents to BYO CHAIRS as chairs will be reserved for scoreboard opening special guests ONLY
- All players will be placed into teams sitting on the oval in a specific area (no chairs for players please – as no room)
- There will be a sausage sizzle and poppers / water from 9am for all attendees cooked by the u13’s and u14’s group

2) Arrive 12:15pm for 12:30 start to 14:30 finish – Pennant Hills Bowling Club Auditorium
- Alliance teams (u12YG, u15YG, u15YB, u18YG)
- Westbrook & Hornsby alliance teams (non-Penno)

Penno Major club awards will be announced and handed out at the Ern Holmes Oval session in the morning. These awards will also be mentioned at the alliance session (Penno Bowlo) in the afternoon.

Any Penno alliance players receiving a special club award will be invited to attend the morning Ern Holmes session to receive their award.
